How long does a rebuild and operations transition take?

Rebuilds typically take 3–6 months depending on complexity and your go-live requirements. Operations management begins during the build and continues indefinitely. The first month is intensive; by month two we've usually reduced to standard operations rhythm.

Do you handle hosting, operations, and customer care?

Yes. That's the point. We run the full stack—infrastructure, platform management, customer service operations, supplier coordination. You can choose how hands-on we are or step back entirely.

What about compliance and regulations?

GDPR, data handling, compliance workflows—we build these in from the start. We're based in Germany and know the legal landscape. We also work with your legal team and ensure documentation is airtight.

Can we edit and manage content ourselves?

You can, but you don't have to. Most clients have us handle customer operations and backend workflows, then use a simple interface for high-level content. We set it up however your team prefers.

Do you work with Shopify, custom builds, or both?

Both. We migrate and heavily customize Shopify when it makes sense, or build custom platforms from scratch when Shopify's limitations don't fit. We choose the approach that serves your operations best, not our convenience.
