Boutique is a feature. Every engagement is delivered directly by senior people — no associate doing the real work, no slide deck pretending there are twenty of us. The work that ships is the work the people on the door actually did.
- We tell you what we actually think. If your idea will not work, you will hear it from us in week one, not month six.
- We say no a lot. We turn down work that is outside our practice areas. The alternative is mediocre work, and that does not interest us.
